Dr. Armond Levy, a neurosurgeon affiliated with @BJC_HealthCare and @SSMHealth in St. Louis, is under scrutiny for his alarming social media comments. On Facebook, Levy suggested turning Tehran and Lebanon into devastation zones akin to Gaza, explicitly stating, “Let’s make Tehran look like Gaza, Lebanon too while we’re at it,” and even adding, “We should nuke Tehran.”
Such statements from a medical professional, whose role demands care and compassion, highlight an alarming disregard for human life and a troubling promotion of violence.
