Islamophobic Remarks :

Social media influencer Rishi Bagree, who works for the BJP, spreads propaganda, lies, and false information on his accounts.

He enjoys the favor and access of the senior BJP officials. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are the ones who come after this pathological liar.

To garner popularity and drum up support for Modi and his party, he frequently shares phony photographs.

His egregious inaccuracies have been documented by Altnews in a piece titled “Rishi Bagree: A relentless purveyor of misinformation.”

In one instance, he altered a newspaper headline that read, “Hindu girl stabbed to death by a Muslim man.”

The Times of India, however, explained in a tweet that this was a misrepresented headline and added that he will face legal action.

The report contains a long list of his fabrications and attempts at inciting hatred, such as his false claim that Muslims “held Hindus hostage and threatened to kill them,” which he made after posting images of a rail-roko (stop the trains) protest that had occurred in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, in response to an alleged incident of harassment.

His tweets frequently spread the lie that Muslims are planning to invade India and impose an Islamic government. He makes an effort to portray Muslims in a menacing light and spreads false information and images to support his ‘Love Jihad’ conspiracies.

2019 saw the suspension of his Twitter account due to the propagation of false information.
