OVERVIEW:
The Center for Political Islam International is a non-profit organization started by Dr. Bill Warner (real name, Bill French), a former physics professor at Tennessee State University. The center claims to teach Westerners about the dangers of ‘political Islam’, advancing conspiracy theories about Muslims and their supposed ominous intentions against Western civilization. Dr. French considers himself an “expert” on Islam by virtue of being a PhD in science and going to the library to read books about Islam.
HISTORY:
The organization was techincally started in 2015, but Bill French began his blog and YouTube channel in 2007. Since then he has given talks for Christian organizations and gives frequent interviews to far-right media outlets.
