Islamophobic Remarks :
Shefali Vaidya is a Hindu far-right propagandist and an expert in spreading false information. She is based in Pune and utilizes social media to incite hatred toward Muslims and other minorities. She has a Master’s in mass communication from the University of Pune, as well as advanced post-graduate certificates in Spanish and Indology.
She frequently produces pro-Hindutva propaganda for publications like Swarajya and OpIndia.
Shefali Vaidya wrote an article titled “My name is Shefali Vaidya and I am a troll” for OPIndia. If stating the truth without fear makes me a troll, then yes, I am a troll, she freely confesses.
Her social media posts and articles are intentionally designed to advance the divisive ideologies and practices of the governing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “Many of you know that I have been writing on SM about politics since 2012 supporting @narendramodi ji, coz I genuinely believe he is good for India,” she says in the same article. For it, I have paid a high price.
She supports the religious and cultural supremacy of the Hindu way of life in India, calling it “Indian civilizational,” like other Hindu supremacists do.
She is seen in a video giving a speech with the well-known bigot Madhu Kishwar. When asked what she thinks of “Indian Civilisation,” she responds by telling the tale of a Muslim cab driver. She claims that the driver touched the steering wheel with respect before settling into the seat, which she found to be quite pleasant to witness. When a Muslim imitates the Hindu practice of praying by worshiping inanimate objects, she claims that this is an example of Indian culture and civilization.
She has been spreading the Love Jihad scam. She orchestrates campaigns to silence dissenting voices, posts occasionally manipulated photographs on Twitter, and writes stuff that incites hatred and animosity against Muslims and other minorities in India.
Vidya claims that the 3Ms, or “Marxist, Mullah (a derogatory term for Muslims), and Missionary,” are India’s worst foes. She frequently calls Muslims names.
Vaidya never misses a chance to incite hatred against Muslims. She used the death of 26-year-old Shraddha Walkar as evidence for their ‘Love Jihad’ argument. Vaidya criticized the unfortunate girl for what happened to her in a number of tweets, claiming she was the victim of a “Muslim predator.”
Vidya has issues with Muslim holidays, particularly Eid. She claims that the festival promotes cruelty and needs to be stopped.

It goes without saying that the current BJP government guarantees Vaidya and her ilk the crucial impunity and favoritism. She modifies terms and phrases to elude the content moderation teams responsible for removing nasty content from Twitter in order to get around their policies and standards against it.
Her online strategy, according to The Wire, has been to spel the term “Muslim” incorrectly as “Muzlim” or refer to them as “Mullah.” The word “Islam” is also frequently misspelled as “Izlam,” especially in more inflammatory tweets. Many Twitter users use the same strategy to prevent account suspension.
