Bio :
Don is a Midwest-based serial software entrepreneur. EDS purchased his first business in 1986. In 1988, he established Software Artistry. After that, Don started Interactive Intelligence, where he also served as CEO. The company went public in 1999 and was eventually purchased by Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories in 2016.
Don graduated from Indiana University in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in physics, the Indiana University School of Medicine awarded him an MD in 1985, Johns Hopkins University in 2017 awarded him a master’s degree in biotechnology.
