Islamophobic Remarks :
One name that is closely associated with Silicon Valley is Keith Rabois. He began his career as an investor at Khosla Ventures after holding senior positions at PayPal, Square, LinkedIn, and PayPal. In 2019, he assumed the position of general partner at Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund.
It’s unclear if the move to Miami had any impact, because Keith spends a disproportionate amount of this time intimidating X with human rights advocates and using anti-Semitic rhetoric as a weapon to intimidate others who oppose genocide.
To minimize Israel’s continuous genocide in Gaza, Keith has chosen to employ a well-known deception strategy:
Minimized how serious the Holocaust was
Dehumanized Palestinians and associated Hamas with the entire people
Advocated for collective punishment and the loss of Palestinian lives
- Attempted to minimize the magnitude of Palestinian civilian deaths while simultaneously blaming Palestinians for their own demise
- Coined the disturbing phrase “Hamas children”
Keith is just as content to publicly offend his investors. He recently wrote on how it is unethical to solicit funds from Saudi Arabia, even if Sanabil, the venture investment arm of the Kingdom’s Public Investment Fund, contributes $3 billion a year to the ecosystem and is a limited partner in Founders Fund.
We urge the LPs, GPs, and investors of Founders Fund to denounce Keith’s comments and declare his stance unacceptable.
We keep urging the venture capital industry to band together for the sake of mankind and stop funding the ongoing slaughter carried out by Israel and its government.
