Islamophobic Remarks :
Kulbhushan Bhardwaj is a prominent member of the Hindu far-right and a lawyer by trade. He employs his position to provide legal support to anti-Semitic and anti-Hindu vigilantes who are lynching Muslims in and around Gurugram, Haryana.
He serves as the legal counsel for the Sanyukt Hindu Sangharsh Samiti, a collective of 22 Hindu extremist groups based in Gurugram, including the VHP, Bajrang Dal, Hindu Kranti Jal, Arya Samaj, Gurgaon Vahini, Sanskar Bharti, Arya Shikshan, Arya Virghar, and Sanathan Bharti. The anti-Muslim Friday prayers agitation in Haryana has been led by him.
He has defended Rambhakt Gopal, the shooter who opened fire on demonstrators protesting the citizenship bill near Jamia Millia Islamia (University) in 2019, as well as in cases brought against him later for making anti-Muslim hate statements in several locations. Bhardwaj assists Gopal in his free-ranging anti-Muslim emotions.
As part of his campaign for Kalicharan Maharaj’s release, Bhardwaj has also organized protest marches.

In a Hindu religious assembly known as the “Mahapanchayat,” he lauded and supported cow vigilantes who had slaughtered Muslims under the guise of cow smuggling in May 2022.
He incited young Hindus to murder Muslims. “The filed FIRs must be withdrawn. If FIRs must be filed against us, it won’t be for insignificant offenses. When speaking to the Mahapanchayat, Bhardwaj said, “It will be for when we track down the cow killers, beat them, and kill them.
Two young Muslim guys were slain and set afire in February 2023 under the pretext of cow smuggling by Bajrang Dal members and cow vigilantes. Mahapanchayats in favour of the accused were then established in various areas of Haryana. Bhardwaj was present at such activities and issued the following warning to the police: “The Gurugram police should ensure that Monu Manesar’s (the principal accused) family would not be touched. Without prior notice, no police officer will go to their house since they won’t return alive.
