Islamophobic Remarks :

Researcher Sarah L. Gates is from Australia. Her areas of interest include decolonial ecofeminism, post-colonial studies, yoga, tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, ecophilosophy, decolonization, and sustainability theory.

‘Hindu Human Rights Australasia- Advocacy Empowerment Research Training’ was also formed by Gates. Sarah has been actively involved in research and advocacy for her own spiritual family, editing numerous academic and yoga publications, supporting dharmic education initiatives, and participating in Hindu Human Rights’ ongoing campaign against Hinduphobia, human rights abuses, and atrocities against Hindus, according to the HHR website.

Gates is an outspoken member of the Hindu far-right who sadistically revels in the plight of India’s religious minority and supports them intellectually.

By characterizing the epidemic as a British invention intended to defame Hinduism, she “justifies” the oppressive caste system practiced by followers of the Hindu religion. Gates actively encourages Hindus to’step up and fight back’ against the alleged Hinduphobia while constantly indulging in fear-mongering himself.

Gate frequently supports extremist Hindu organisations. She was quick to launch a counter-campaign in defense of the organization that had been listed as a “militant religious group” by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) world factbook in 2018, when The Wall Street Journal published a story on firearms sales in Bajrang Dal support groups on Facebook in February 2023.

Her opinions on Hindutva, a nationalist and racist philosophy, are similar. She believes that anyone who criticizes Hindu nationalism is “Hinduphobic.”

Communities are “awakening a whole psyche against the Hindus,” she claims.

Gates referred to the “Dismantling Global Hindutva” conference as a form of “neo-colonialism” and an attempt to bring about a “regime change” in India when it was organized by dozens of American academics and co-sponsored by departments and centers of more than 53 universities, the majority of which are in the US, including Harvard, Stanford, and Princeton.

According to Gate’s narrow perspective, Christianity and Islam are “Abrahamic supremacist religions” that are narcissistic and have no room for non-believers.
