OVERVIEW:
Unconstrained Analysis is a 501(c)3 independent research firm dedicated to analysis of evidence “unconstrained by preconceptions and biases”. In the War on Terrorism, this includes thorough analysis of an enemy’s threat doctrine unconstrained by bias, preconceptions and influence operations coming from the same.
HISTORY:
Unconstrained Analytics was founded in 2018 by Stephen Coughlin and Patrick S. Poole as an independent think-tank dedicated to security studies and counter terrorism efforts. The organization’s goal is to go against mainstream views on terrorism and Islam, believing that current research in the field is dominated by “leftist politically correct” forces attempting to silence criticism and/or stifle debate on these subjects. They hosts a number of papers on their website warning about the “Islamic takeover” of the West and other conspiracy theories.
