Bio :
At the Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, Ariel M. Modrykamien, MD, has held positions as a teacher, medical director of the intensive care unit, and head of the respiratory care services. He was recognized for his lessons with multiple prizes, including the Golden Apple Award, the School of Medicine’s Exceptional Educator Award, and the Excellence in Teaching Award. Following his graduation from Universidad Favaloro’s medical program, he proceeded to the J.A.For his internal medicine internship and residency, he attended Fernandez Hospital in Buenos Aires. Additionally, Dr. Modrykamien finished his internal medicine residency and internship at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York. After that, he finished his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine. A number of lectures, co-authored articles, book chapters, abstracts, case reports, and editorials have been influenced by his professional interests in mechanical ventilation and respiratory care. At the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Dr. Modrykamien serves as the medical director of the respiratory care, bronchoscopy, and pulmonary function labs.
