OVERVIEW
Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE) is a training program of the Clarion Project, run by Raheel Raza and Shireen Qudosi. The program claims to protect children from radicalization but operates within a broader organizational framework that the SPLC listed as an anti-Muslim hate group.

Raheel Raza — President of Council for Muslims Facing Tomorrow. Advisory Board member of Clarion Project. Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Gatestone Institute. Founding member of the Muslim Reform Movement. Chair of the Rebel News Advisory Board. Testified before the US House of Representatives (2017).
Shireen Qudosi — Clarion Project's National Correspondent and head of the PVE education program.
ACTIVITIES
PVE training program launched in 21 US cities including Austin, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, and Tucson, targeting parents, teachers, local officials, and law enforcement. Produced documentary "Kids: Chasing Paradise" about child recruitment into extremism.
PARENT ORGANIZATION: CLARION PROJECT
Clarion Project received $17.7 million from Donors Capital Fund and distributed 28 million copies of the "Obsession" DVD before the 2008 election. Listed as SPLC anti-Muslim hate group (2016-2019). Raza's associations with Clarion, Gatestone Institute, and ACT for America have drawn criticism from Muslim civil rights organizations.
