OVERVIEW

Lt. Gen. William G. "Jerry" Boykin (Ret.) is a retired US Army Lieutenant General and former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. He has been a frequent participant in CSP events and publications, and is known for inflammatory statements characterizing Islam as an existential threat to America.
